The heart of the application is a centralized SQL database containing  ALL of your data.  Having a way to query against this data is critical to drive the future of your business.

Access to this data can occur in many different ways:

• Pre-written reports provided within the application that can be run as needed, with the user being able to specify any applicable criteria when they run the report.  

•  Our application’s interactive drill-down reporting module allows users to write and/or run queries against any of the specially defined data domains we’ve created. With drill-down capabilities, this tool makes it easy to sort and manipulate the data down to individual transactions from the report itself. This means that with the report in-screen, detail transactions are only a click away. In addition, these queries can be scheduled to run at particular times and the resulting report emailed to the designated people.

• Our integrated report writing tool provides full access to the data and a large variety of starter reports provided in the reports library, or users can create their own.  In addition, reports can scheduled and/or emailed to the designated recipient(s).
