We know that each client’s business needs can vary widely based on their industry,  size, customer base, fulfillment & shipping needs etc. 

Because of this, we have made it our mission to provide as much flexibility as possible within our software application. 

This flexibility gives each client the means to customize their settings & preferences to suit their current unique business needs as well as the flexibility to change them as their business grows.

Our Development Department is continuously updating & enhancing our software application with the goal being to provide all  current and future clients with an up-to-date, relevant software application that fulfills all of their business needs.   The enhancements include:

• Add and/or maintain compliance with any applicable laws or mandates
• Add or enhance use of beneficial technologies relevant to our software.
• Improve/enhance  current functionality built into the software
• Add new features

We know that taking on a new software and learning how to use it can be a daunting task.  To help facilitate the transition to our software, we provide full system training as well as guidance and recommendations on system setup, giving you a foundation on which to build upon.  We can also provide topic-specific training at your request.

And, if something goes awry, or if you have questions about any aspect of our software, we are here to help!   Our Support Department will work diligently with you to efficiently resolve your issue(s) and/or answer any questions you may have.  They can also help you schedule any additional training you may require.
