The server and workstations must have reliable access to the Internet. Our software is integrated with various outside services which can provide payment processing, address verification, tax calculation, tax reporting and shipping calculations to name a few.
Below outlines the minimum Database/Server Requirements that must be met to utilize the Natural Solution’s suite of products:
In our application, mass emails can be sent. For clients that will utilize this functionality a dedicated SMTP provider rated to support the volume of emails for your business is needed. This eliminates the limitations to the number of emails that can be sent and also enables a higher delivery rate by reducing the risk of rejections by antispam filters and Internet service providers.
Workstations must be able to connect to your server, whether it is at your facility or whether it is hosted in a 'Cloud'. In general, if a workstation can comfortably run any of the Microsoft Office products, it should be able to run the Natural Suite application. However, if you are utilizing Remote Desktop Services on your 'Cloud' server, and your local workstations are simply used to connect to your 'Cloud' server, this may dramatically reduce the workstation requirements.
